I believe that each person has the capacity to grow emotionally and create satisfying relationships both with themselves and others. I do this by addressing and resolving old pain and paying attention to the ways in which you continue to be stuck in patterns of behavior that no longer bring a desired response from the world. I am psychoanalytically trained and bring in your past experiences only as much as they continue to influence your present life. I will also help you address any crises and ongoing issues you are struggling with.

I work with depression, anxiety, grief and trauma, focusing on thoughts and feelings and guiding you through the emotional expression essential in creating healthy relationships and personal success. I use EMDR to reprocess traumatic memories so you no longer experience the anxiety and emotional turmoil that these events trigger within you .

I work with adults in individual, couple and family therapy sessions teaching and guiding in appropriate verbal expression of thoughts, feelings and desires. I encourage the capacity for understanding of both self and other which allows for healing and frees up emotional and physical energy to create life dreams.
