I am an experienced psychotherapist, and I've learned to carefully select clients who match my expertise and enthusiasms. If you struggle with depression or anxiety problems, I have a wealth of experience in these areas. I work with adults in individual therapy sessions who wish to actively utilize psychotherapy services to achieve their goals.
I utilize a variety of modalities and techniques, selecting those best suited to the personality of the client and their particular needs. I especially enjoy helping clients understand their particular personality, and the need to honor and utilize their strengths and passions, while working on desired changes in problematic areas.
Where appropriate, I integrate the practice of mindfulness-based techniques as well as Buddhist/Eastern philosophy into my work, and have found that these practices and paradigms greatly enhance growth and well-being.
