Jessica Fisher, Psy.D.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and specialize in working with clients that have experienced trauma, and helping individuals manage intense and overwhelming feelings. My practice is focused on working with children, adolescents and families, as well as adults. As a psychologist my goal is to help people overcome barriers that are preventing them from achieving the life they want. I also offer family therapy and parent coaching. The focus of family and parent work is often on improving communication and coping skills to promote healthy relationships in the family.
I have advanced training in trauma treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My background also includes specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My main modality is DBT and I incorporate elements of art, CBT, play, and attachment theory.
