Jen Bailey, Psy.D.

Life can be a challenge when your emotions feel like they're in the driver's seat. I can teach you tools to use in your daily life to gain back control of the present moment and start building a vision for a better future. If you're a parent looking for services for your youth, I will include you in treatment and offer you help engaging with your child. If you're experiencing illness or medical trauma, I can help you build resilience and hope. If you've been struggling with issues related to your gender or sexual orientation, I have the experience and training to help you navigate your identity and find your place in the world

My approach is a good fit if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or dysphoria. We'll work together to design a plan for you to get long-lasting results. If you're experiencing marginalization, bullying, or having to keep secrets about yourself from other people, we'll work together on how you can gain more freedom to be fully yourself.

Many clients come to me feeling frustrated with traditional talk therapy. I offer a validating environment that also prioritizes real, measurable change. For clients struggling due to disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation: I have many years of lived and professional experience in these areas You won't need to educate me about your identity!
