My approach is a good fit if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or dysphoria. We'll work together to design a plan for you to get long-lasting results. If you're experiencing marginalization, bullying, or having to keep secrets about yourself from other people, we'll work together on how you can gain more freedom to be fully yourself.

Many clients come to me feeling frustrated with traditional talk therapy. I offer a validating environment that also prioritizes real, measurable change.
