Stephanie Tarle, PhD

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY #32155) who specializes in working with children through young adults. I primarily work with youth and young adults that may experience difficulties with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral difficulties, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I prioritize the use of evidence-based treatments and assessments. I believe that psychologists should remain current on scientific advances to better inform the care with families. Therefore, I primarily operate from a cognitive-behavioral perspective. Just as important is understanding that we all have unique experiences within this world. I will work to understand your values as individuals and as a family. These are extremely important to tailoring treatments for each child and their family. While life can become difficult at times, I will use a strengths-based approach to help your child. We will collaborate together to identify goals for treatment and how to best achieve these goals.
