Forensic Services: Evaluations for personal injury, criminal, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.
Dr. Ashley serves as an expert witness and consultant for juvenile and adult criminal and civil cases. She is on the expert witness panel for Ventura County Superior Court. She conducts competency, sanity, sentencing, and mitigating circumstances evaluations. Dr. Ashley has consulted and provided evauation and expert witness testimony on PC 187 cases.
